2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver goes for electric street cars

The organizers of the 2010 Winter Games in Vancouver decided to go green and relied heavily on mass transport to bring the athletes and the spectators around the scenic British Columbia. The whole world should not fail to take note that electric vehicles are everywhere. Look at the streetcar system of the city and the Vancouver games might be the greenest Olympic Games so far. The streetcars they are using are running on electricity and has zero emissions. Bombardier, a company also known for watercrafts and snow machines, donated low floor linked trolleys all the way from their plant in Brussels.
